Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin that is necessary for normal growth and development. Because it is water soluble, your body cannot store Vitamin C and any excess amounts are released from the body via the urine.

INGREDIENTS PER TABLET:
EACH TABLET CONTAINS:
Vitamin C 500mg consisting of: Sodium Ascorbate 270mg (equiv to 239mg Ascorbic Acid) Ascorbic Acid 261mg.
Contains food colouring (110), orange flavouring and may contain tableting aids
CONTAINS NO: Yeast, corn, wheat, artificial flavours or preservatives
DOSE: Take: 2–4 tablets daily or as directed by your health care professional
