the structures and functions of the body.  Depending on the type and manner of massage, relief of tension, stiffness and pain and a profound sense of relaxation may follow a session.

Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)

        With the application of neuromuscular treatment – being a

        “whole body” approach to restore structural, functional and and

        postural integrity of the body.  This helps to restore stress

        factors, i.e. contractions and spasms.  Thus facilitating

        reduction in pain and allowing a speedy and permanent

 recovery.

Sports Massage

      Designed to prepare athletes for an upcoming event, or aid

        recovery after a vigorous workout or competition.  Helps

prevent injury, relax tight muscles and to enhance the abilities and endurance of the athlete.

Swedish Massage

Enjoy the sheer indulgence of a relaxation massage to   soothe away aches, pains and stress of life.

Combined with  aromatherapy oils to help feel calm, relaxed, uplifted,

balanced, restored or stimulated.

Postural analysis, Range of Motion/Resistance/Strength tests, Pregnancy Massage, Stretching, Massage for Special Needs/Elderly Persons, as well as above options.
