Simon Lin has a Diploma in Massage Therapy
from the Canterbury Collage of Natural Medicine.

For the soft tissues of our body, the natural reaction to pain is to tense up, however, the purpose of massage is to loosen the muscles. Therefore, the characteristics of my massage are gentle approach, firm pressure and painless.

I treat the human body as a whole, therefore, I not only massage the problem area, but also the areas that may be compensating for the problem, to help the muscles regain their balance.

I use a combination of techniques from Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy, trigger points, sport massage and Indian head massage.
