Evening Primrose Oil supplements should not be taken if you suffer from a seizure disorder.

EPO contains Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) an Omega 6 essential fatty acid; the body converts GLA into prostaglandins. However many of us are deficient in Omega 6 essential fatty acid through poor diet, disease, alcohol, ageing and viral infections.
