Bovine gelatine capsule May contain encapsulating aids

Take: 1–2 capsules half an hour prior to eating fatty foods

Chitosan is produced by deacetylation process of Chitin, which is the structural element in the exoskeleton of Squid Pen. Chitosan is 100% natural and acts as a fat sponge within the digestive tract. Like some plant fibres, Chitosan is not digestible and has no caloric value, however unlike some plant fibres, Chitosan has the unique ability to bind to the dietary fat and block its absorption by the body which is then eliminated from the body via the bowel.
