Caris Allan has a Diploma in Massage Therapy from the Canterbury Collage of Natural Medicine, as well as being a graduate from the
International School of Bowen Therapy (ISBT).

Caris was first introduced to remedial therapies such as Bowen Therapy when she became a practice body for her mother's own education in this field.
Amazed at the results that were achieved by this gentle technique she first learnt how to treat animals with Bowen Therapy, before moving onto the International School of Bowen Therapy in order to treat people.

Over the period in which she has been practicing
she has seen amazing results in people, some with
injuries that have been plaguing them for years.
Not content to stick with only one treatment option,
Caris also enrolled at the Canterbury Collage of Natural Medicine in order to study Massage Therapy.
She found that this more hands on therapy was fantastic for those who really needed to feel like their muscles were getting worked on. Her in-depth education in both fields of remedial therapy have allowed her to offer the following services:
